| We feel blessed.
We are so full of gratitude for so many things which have dropped into our lives this spring. In April we had the great good fortune to be presenting at the Omega Annual Conference in New York, where other presenters included Al Gore, Arriana Huffington, Debbie Ford and many more. This three day event deepened in us the recognition that the world is waking up, and much more quickly than we realize. Amidst the reports of warfare, of impending ecological disaster, of terrorism and imperialism both bent on destruction, there is also profoundly good news to celebrate. As we listened to Andrew Harvey talk of Spiritual Activism, as we listened to Al Gore speak with such passion and straight from his heart, and as we witnessed the burning passion in so many people to make a difference and create a saner world, we were inspired.
Arjuna's latest book is out (see below). He has been touring, so far to Ashland, Berkeley and Hawaii, as well as doing many radio and press interviews. It has been exquisite to bring old and new friends together and to be a part of the blessing that is touching us all in these days.
Chameli spent ten days in Greece in May with a group of women from all of the world, for the Yogini Paradise retreat. She experienced it to be her deepest meeting with women ever, and she is inspired to offer more longer retreats to invoke the spirit of the Goddess and the descent of the Divine Mother.
And finally, our own lives are dripping with grace. Arjuna just turned 50 in May. It was a great opportunity to reflect on so many reasons to be grateful in the company of good friends. Our oldest son just graduated middle school, our youngest son wakes up each morning bursting with twelve year old zest for life, and even our cat seems to be carried away by the current of benediction.
In the next months we will be traveling extensively. Come join us for an evening or a weekend or a retreat.
Let's share the blessings together.

| Awakening into Oneness: the book, the website and the DVDs |
| Arjuna's latest book Awakening into Oneness hit the stores in mid May 2007. The book documents the emergence of the Oneness Blessing (often known as Deeksha), which has swept the world in recent years, attracting the attention of writers, teachers, religious leaders, Hollywood celebrities.... you name it.
Awakening into Oneness is not a sales pitch for the Oneness Blessing, but neither is it an expose. It presents a journalistic and objective account of a phenomenon which some may love, some may judge, but no-one can ignore.
Have you read the book? Review it on amazon.com
Did you know the book has its own website?
Have you seen the 4 DVD series, more than 6 hours of documentary footage of interviews with Sri Amma and Sri Bhagavan, as well as celebrities and authorities on the Oneness Blessing?
Come and read excerpts from Awakening into Oneness.

| Global Oneness Teleconferences with Arjuna Ardagh and friends |
| On May 16th Arjuna facilitated a two and a half hour teleconference with 25 panelists and several thousand participants from more than thirty countries. The call was hosted by Gay Hendricks, Dean of the Illumination University, and included the presence of two dasas from the Oneness University from India. We have worked hard to find ways to radically reduce the cost of these calls, and we will soon be starting a series of ten teleseminars around different themes. The cost of each seminar, lasting for more an hour each, will be less than five dollars.
You can pre-register for the teleseminar series here.
You can listen (for free) to the last call we did here.

| The Deeper Love 5 day Retreat for Couples and Singles at the Omega Institute |
|
This retreat is a dynamic initiation into the possibility of intimate relationship as a divine play, suitable for couples who want to go deeper into sacred marriage, and for single people who long for a deep and committed union with the beloved in human form.
For the first two days, men and women will meet separately to recognize the patterns of separation we all share between the genders, among women and among men, between the spiritual and the mundane, and ultimately how we separate ourselves from divine grace. We will have every opportunity to feel our wounded-ness and our regrets, and to let them go.
The next three days will provide a powerful invitation to meet as though for the first time. Relationship becomes a sacred dance when we realize the Oneness in which all separation dissolves, while at the same time embracing the unique gifts of incarnation. We will discover and embody the natural qualities of wonder, devotion and celebration our real contribution to a more sane and loving world.
This retreat will include:
- Powerful Oneness Blessings to integrate new insights into the nervous system
- An invitation into the tender flowering of the heart
- Sacred feminine practices for women
- Powerful wisdom circles for men
- Breath and body integration
- Silence and meditation

| Recommended Book of the Month: The Mandala of Being by Richard Moss |
Many people obstruct their innate potential through repeated patterns of emotional struggle and suffering. This practical, hands-on guide explains why and how people habitually fall into this trap and provides a program, easily incorporated into everyday life, that frees them from this destructive behavior. Using a simple mandala, the book illustrates the four places humans go when they feel threatened, uncomfortable, or aren't fully centered or grounded in the present moment. Like a trail of pebbles left behind on a hike, it helps trace the path back to the authentic self. Drawing on his three decades of teaching consciousness, Richard Moss plays the role of wise shepherd, accompanying and encouraging the reader on a journey toward the genius within and away from fear and other limitations. Most importantly, he offers an always-available compass that directs readers back to the true self, and into the magic of the present moment.

| Practice of the Month: Exchange Points of View |
| Arjuna's next book will be published by Sounds True in the spring of 2008. Leap Before You Look is a series of 64 simple practices you can do any time in your daily routine to shift back into natural presence. Here is a taster for you to try out:
Exchange Points of View
Here is a practice for when you find yourself caught in a disagreement with your partner. When you are arguing, trying to convince the other that your position is better than theirs ... stop and exchange points of view.
If you have been sitting together and talking, get up and change seats.
For five minutes you will represent the position of your partner, vehemently, passionately, trying to convince your partner that you are right.
For this practice to be effective, you need to both do it with totality. Give it everything.
Take the time to notice how you feel in your body, what emotions are running through you. Make your you say what you feel resentful about. Say what it is you want, and why. Tell your partner what it is you are afraid of.
Do all of this by completely becoming the other person.
After doing this exercise for five minutes, move back to your original seats, and become the person you are used to being again.
Try to keep arguing, if you can, and see what happens!
